Job summary

Watch Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager in Mandeville, LA to own the product roadmap across the OffenderWatch portfolio, including OWL, OW Express, Public Portals, and AI modules.

You will translate business strategy and customer feedback into a cohesive plan, balance near-term delivery with long-term initiatives, and drive cross-functional launch readiness with Sales, CS, and Support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to own and communicate a product roadmap in a resource-constrained environment.
• Strong requirements discipline—clear user stories, effective discovery, and precise acceptance criteria.
• Experience leading cross-functional launch readiness with Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executives and engineering.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as Claude in day-to-day product work.
• Familiarity with CJIS, FedRAMP, SOC 2, and ADA/accessibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and communicate a clear, prioritized product roadmap across the portfolio.
• Own the full requirements process from discovery through acceptance.
• Lead product launch planning across Sales, CS, Support, and Operations.
• Implement and maintain a clear prioritization framework and governance.
• Define metrics for product success and monitor adoption and impact.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows and ensure compliant use of AI tools.
