• Strong written communication across requirements, decision docs, roadmaps, and customer-facing communications.
• Experience owning product roadmaps and translating customer input into prioritized plan.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for assigned platform areas, with accountability for outcomes.
• Conduct ongoing discovery with customers, integrator project managers, field technicians, security directors, and support teams.
• Synthesize customer input, support data, and sales feedback into prioritized roadmap decisions.
