Job summary

SiteOwl is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a significant area of the platform from discovery through delivery, partnering with engineering, design, customer success, and sales in Austin or Phoenix.

You will conduct discovery with integrator project managers, field technicians, and security directors, translating feedback into clear requirements and guiding end-to-end releases. Strong writing and AI-driven analysis are valued.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with revenue accountability.
• Proven track record shipping products with real-world usage.
• Strong written communication across requirements, roadmaps, and customer-facing material.
• Knowledge of data models, permissions, integrations for field-use environments.
• Structured decision-making and customer-engagement orientation.
• Proficiency with AI tools for research synthesis, data analysis, and prototyping.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English; experience with issue tracking, design collaboration, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for assigned platform areas with outcomes and delivery accountability.
• Conduct ongoing discovery with customers (integrator PMs, field technicians, security directors).
• Synthesize input into defensible roadmap decisions and clear engineering requirements.
• Partner with Design on user flows and mockups; maintain ownership through refinement to release.
• Define success criteria before launch and evaluate outcomes post-launch.
• Communicate releases and support Sales in articulating product changes.
• Track competitive activity and contribute to quarterly planning with Director of Product.
