Job summary

SiteOwl is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a significant area of the platform and define its future direction. This role partners with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to carry a product area from discovery through delivery, and to measure outcomes after release.

The role serves Security Integrators and Security Teams, owning the roadmap, requirements, and outcomes for one or more platform areas. Strong written communication and end-to-end ownership are required.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in product management with B2B SaaS experience.
• Proven track record shipping products with real-world usage.
• Excellent written English; clear requirement docs.
• Experience with data models and field-operation considerations.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for assigned platform areas with outcomes.
• Conduct ongoing discovery with customers, including integrator project managers.
• Synthesize input from customers, support, and sales into prioritized roadmap.
• Author clear engineering requirements with context and edge cases.
• Partner with Design on user flows and mockups.
• Maintain ownership through refinement, build, and release.
• Manage backlog scope and sequencing.
• Define success criteria and evaluate post-launch outcomes.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and prototyping.
