You will own end-to-end product areas across Patient, Provider, Payer, and Platform, partnering with engineering, data science, design, and operations to deliver outcomes that scale insurance-driven care.

You’ll lead initiatives where AI integration and regulated industry knowledge are essential, shaping product strategy and measurable success across a multi-sided marketplace serving

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning complex, high-impact product areas.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products in regulated, high-stakes environments.
• Experience building in a marketplace/platform/data-intensive setting with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy for your area in collaboration with engineering, data, design, and ops teams.
• Apply AI where it creates step-change improvements and drive bets from insight to production.
• Set clear success metrics, communicate results, and course-correct with urgency.
• Represent the voice of customers (patients/providers/health plans) with data-backed decisions.
