Qualifications

• Habitual, fluent use of AI tools to draft communications, investigate problems, synthesize information.
• Demonstrated ability to manage external technical stakeholders with scoping calls, timelines, and diplomacy.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, request/response cycles, and reading API docs fluently.

Responsibilities

• Own the Placement System lifecycle from intake through bind.
• Coordinate external carrier partnerships from scoping to QA and launch.
• Triaging and resolving connectivity, workflow, and data issues with clear status updates.
• Handle product configuration, producer onboarding, and stakeholder questions.
• Change management—negotiate roadmaps with carriers and coordinate updates with partners.
