Job summary

Caylent is hiring for its Anthropic Consulting and Engineering (ACE) practice as a dedicated AI services team. You will own the product workstream inside client engagements, coordinating with engineering and organizational leads to redesign how products get built with AI-assisted development.

You will lead discovery, define the Sprint Charter, and drive specs for prototype and MVP delivery, embedded in client product and engineering teams from kickoff to handoff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including client-facing or consulting roles.
• Experience with product teams’ discovery processes, PDLC design, and specs practices.
• Experience with Agentic AI to facilitate product management activities.
• Strong facilitation: run working sessions with product and engineering stakeholders and drive to a signed-off decision.
• Able to write clean, executable specs for engagements and coaching.
• Technical fluency to discuss architectural feasibility and handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product workstream end‑to‑end on enterprise transformation programs, design the future-state PDLC, and coach PMs through the shift to AI-assisted development.
• Anchor the product side on prototype/build-enable engagements: run discovery, shape the delivery backlog into a signed Sprint Charter, and write specs for MVP development.
• Design PM training curricula and lead enablement sessions throughout engagements.
• Surface expansion opportunities during delivery: by the close of each engagement, identify next needs for the client’s product org.
