Job summary

Accenture is seeking an exceptional AI-native product manager to lead zero-to-one product development, from discovery through launch and growth, blending deep industry insight with customer empathy and analytical rigor.

You will work on autonomous AI-enabled products, shaping agent behavior, tools integration, and human-in-the-loop experiences, while partnering with design and engineering to deliver measurable value for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, including ownership and delivery of enterprise software products, digital platforms, or technology-enabled business solutions.
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading products, major capabilities, platforms, or new business initiatives from concept through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
• Minimum 2 years of substantive, hands-on experience building, launching, or managing AI-native products as part of day-to-day product management responsibilities.
• Minimum 2 years of experience defining and delivering products that leverage large language models, AI agents, retrieval systems, tool integrations, workflow automation, or other generative AI technologies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience evaluating and managing AI product performance, including model capabilities, limitations, reliability, cost considerations, risk mitigation, and operational scalability.

Responsibilities

• Discover important customer problems. Develop a deep understanding of industries, users, workflows, and business problems the product addresses.
• Define the product direction with a clear vision, strategy, and near-term thesis for the area.
• Build AI-native products around modern AI capabilities and define agent behavior, tool usage, user interactions, and human-in-the-loop moments.
• Lead zero-to-one product development within a small cross-functional team from discovery to prototype and market launch.
• Own product quality and ensure intuitive, coherent experiences matching workflow complexity.
• Validate demand and commercial value with design partners and early customers; define hypotheses across desirability, usability, performance, and willingness to pay.
• Own outcomes after launch by tracking goals, metrics, and commercial performance; manage adoption, retention, and value realization.
• Operate AI-native: apply AI tools in research, synthesis, prototyping, data analysis, and decision support; build repeatable prompts and workflows.
