Job summary

Constant Contact, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own retention initiatives and drive customer value across the platform. You’ll lead with an AI-first mindset, aligning engineering, design, and marketing to deliver measurable outcomes and ease of use for customers.

You will mentor PMs, present data-driven roadmaps to executives, and collaborate across teams to reduce friction and boost engagement for small businesses, nonprofits, and individuals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS (SMB)
• Experience deploying LLMs in production
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to pitch a vision to executives
• Data-driven with ability to tie metrics to business outcomes
• Customer-obsessed mindset focused on reducing friction and increasing value
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reports

Responsibilities

• Drive customer happiness by demonstrating customer value and reducing friction on the path to value
• Deliver against retention metrics and set experiments to influence key outcomes
• Embed AI thoughtfully into product experiences for seamless use
• Champion AI-enabled product development across research, prototyping and iteration
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and customer success to ship impactful solutions
• Coach PMs and partners to raise product thinking across the organization
• Communicate strategies and tradeoffs clearly to executives with data support
