Job summary

Unanet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a cross-functional pod, owning a defined product domain and guiding problem framing to prototype to shipped value. You’ll drive AI-assisted development and measure success by customer outcomes, adoption, and moat-building in Unanet's A/E ERP space.

You’ll translate customer insight into requirements, lead domain-specific roadmaps, and collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, UX, QA, and SMEs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software product management experience.
• Experience with ERP or accounting software for AEC customers is preferred.
• Able to lead cross-functional pods and AI-driven development.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lead within a cross-functional pod, framing problems to PRD.
• Drive AI-assisted development and multi-agent workflows.
• Define success metrics and post-launch iteration based on outcomes.
• Translate market insight into actionable product requirements and prototypes.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
