Job summary

Unanet is seeking a Senior Product Manager to act as the true product lead inside a tightly embedded cross-functional pod across product, engineering, UX, QA, and subject-matter experts. You will own a defined ERP domain for architecture and engineering firms, building rapid prototypes and shipping customer value in a hyper-agile, AI-accelerated environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of software product management experience.
ERP or accounting software background for AEC customers.
Proven lead inside a tightly embedded, cross-functional delivery model.
Experience in hyper-agile or AI-accelerated product development.
Ability to reason about data models and analytics to inform decisions.
Strong planning, execution, and stakeholder communication; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end problem-to-PRD loop for a defined product domain.
Drive AI-assisted product development through multi-agent workflows.
Build and maintain the product context layer (prompts, jobs-to-be-done framing, knowledge).
Own and influence a problem-oriented roadmap aligned to customer outcomes.
Translate insights into requirements and launch-ready deliverables; drive adoption.
Monitor competitive and market developments to inform roadmap.
