Job summary

DualEntry is hiring a senior Product Manager in New York to own a major product area in an AI-native ERP context. You will define the roadmap, frame ambitious bets, and translate complex accounting workflows into clear requirements for engineering and design teams.

You’ll measure outcomes with retention, activation, and expansion signals, while mentoring peers and shaping major product launches with GTM collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of owning a product area and driving measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work with AI/ML to ship production features and reason about evals and trade-offs.
• Clear, direct communicator who aligns multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in-person with a fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a major product area.
• Drive high-impact bets from framing to launch and iteration.
• Define metrics and signals to demonstrate outcomes and business results.
• Advocate for the customer in strategic decisions and translate accounting workflows into clear requirements.
• Partner with engineering and design on architecture and trade-offs across teams.
• Own product reliability, accuracy, and usability as top outcomes.
• Mentor other PMs and influence peers across eng, design, and GTM.
• Collaborate with product marketing, GTM, and sales to feed insights into the roadmap.
• Improve internal processes, tooling, and operating model to ship faster.
