Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of relevant and applicable experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.
• End-to-end delivery from concept through launch, learning and adoption.
• Strong full-stack capability across frontend, backend, API, data, and cloud.
• Hands-on experience building products with large language models or AI tools.
• Evidence of automated testing and behavioral evaluation for probabilistic systems.
• Telemetry, debugging, reliability, incident response, and recovery ownership.
• User-focused collaboration with users, designers, and product leaders.
• Clear specifications, maintainable code, and sound technical trade-offs.
• This role requires up to 50% travel and hybrid office access.

Aufgaben

• Start with the user and understand real workflows with domain experts.
• Test assumptions quickly with concise specifications and prototypes.
• Own complete product slices across experience, services, data, and integrations.
• Shape AI behavior with instructions, context, retrieval, and tool use.
• Build an evidence system with representative tasks and automated evals.
• Instrument user journeys to relate adoption to system behavior and cost.
• Engineer for responsible use with data handling and safeguards.
• Maintain production quality with incremental releases and monitoring.
• Make practical trade-offs balancing experience, quality, speed, and cost.
• Share reusable components and evaluation assets across the platform.
