Job summary

Careerminds seeks a ProductEngineer who owns products end to end—from problem to production and measurable impact—using AI as a multiplier. You will ship autonomously within a small strategy team, owning discovery, design, build, and metrics for the consumer platform (Career.io, Resume.io).

• Proven full-stack ability across frontend, backend and data layers.
• Track record of shipping end-to-end products with ownership.
• Demonstrable AI leverage with agentic tools in real projects.
• Product judgment to define, defend and iterate builds.
• Data fluency to instrument, read, and act on metrics.
• Balance speed with quality and security in delivery.
• Authorized to work for any US employer.

Responsibilities
