Careerminds is building AI-native career transition and coaching solutions, and we are growing our ML team. You will own ML products end-to-end—from problem framing to production deployment and measurable impact.

We expect strict ownership: you ship what works, abandon what doesn't, and operate with an agentic mindset using Claude Code and Claude Design as defaults. This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping ML systems into production.
• Depth in classical ML and deep learning applied to live products.
• Working fluency with LLMs in production— retrieval, evals, prompts.

Responsibilities

• Canonical data and entity resolution pipelines and datasets.
• Retrieval, ranking, and matching for job-related products.
• Applied LLMs and agents with human review gates.
• Across all: evaluation infrastructure and GDPR/compliance considerations.
