Job summary

CGS, a Series A AI company building an AI agent platform for enterprise SAP teams, seeks a Senior Product Engineer who can take ideas to production and own the entire lifecycle. You will identify what should be built, shape the user experience, and deliver products solving real customer problems.

You should have a track record of launching products; founder/startup experience is a plus. Comfortable with AI coding tools, frontier models, and cloud infrastructure, you’ll work end-to-end on backend

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering skills and experience shipping production systems end to end.
• Proven zero-to-one track record launching products with traction.
• Founder or startup-building experience is a major advantage.
• Strong product judgement and ownership of both engineering and UX.
• Cloud and infrastructure knowledge including AWS and infrastructure as code.
• Clear opinions on AI agents, coding tools and frontier models.
• First-principles mindset to turn loosely defined problems into working solutions.
• A proactive approach: identify what needs to be built rather than waiting for instruction.

Responsibilities

• Build products end to end: own backend services, enterprise integrations, and customer-facing apps built on the platform.
• Improve agent reliability: develop evaluation frameworks and feedback loops for real-world workloads.
• Drive product direction: identify opportunities, generate ideas, and ship features and products.
• Shape the user experience: design intuitive interfaces and practical workflows.
• Solve complex problems: work from first principles, navigate ambiguity, take ownership.
• Build with AI: use modern coding tools and form informed opinions on agent architecture and frontier models.
