Job summary

You will lead critical development, set engineering standards, and collaborate with architects, data scientists, and product teams to deliver measurable outcomes. The role is hybrid with strong emphasis on practical, production‑grade code.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional software‑engineering experience, preferably in cloud or enterprise SaaS.
• Hands‑on expertise building production AI/native systems and data platforms.
• Experience shipping enterprise‑scale, end‑to‑end systems and ML/inference tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-native and agentic systems end‑to‑end across ingestion, knowledge graphs, and production serving.
• Own the hardest engineering problems: decompose requirements, prototype, and drive to production‑grade code.
• Build the agentic layer: multi‑agent orchestration, tool calls, RAG, context and memory engineering.
• Integrate LLMs/ML models into enterprise systems with inference pipelines and observability.
• Write precise specs and ensure designs meet architectural guardrails.
• Develop evaluation and observability to detect drift and ensure reliability.
