Job summary

CGS, a Series A AI company building an AI agent platform for enterprise SAP teams, seeks a Senior Product Engineer who can take ideas to production and own the entire lifecycle. You will identify what should be built, shape the user experience, and deliver products solving real customer problems.

You should have a track record of launching products; founder/startup experience is a plus. Comfortable with AI coding tools, frontier models, and cloud infrastructure, you’ll work end-to-end on backend

The team is small, technically ambitious, and focused on building products that deliver real value to customers.

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Engineer who can take products from idea to production and own the entire process. This is a role for someone who combines strong engineering skills with exceptional product judgement. You won't simply be implementing predefined specifications. You'll identify opportunities, work out what should be built, shape the user experience, and deliver products that solve real customer problems.

A track record of successfully building and launching products is particularly important. Founder experience is a strong plus, but what matters most is evidence that you've turned ideas into successful outcomes.

The development environment is highly AI-native, so you'll need to be comfortable using AI coding tools and thinking critically about how AI agents should be designed and evaluated.

What you'll do
