Scale AI in New York is seeking a product design leader to grow our enterprise design team and redefine how customers interact with AI-powered applications. You will set the direction, hire and develop designers, and partner with product and engineering to ship high-impact, data-dense workflows.

You’ll champion AI-native design, shape interaction patterns for human-in-the-loop systems, and contribute to Scale’s design system while grounding decisions in real user needs and business impact across

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing product design teams.
• Proven track record simplifying data-dense workflows into elegant solutions for B2B.
• Customer-centric with real user impact.
• AI-native workflows in design practices.
• Experience designing for agentic platforms and AI-human interaction.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for Enterprise design.
• Build and lead the design team.
• Drive design execution across the Enterprise product with Product & Engineering.
• Raise the craft bar and maintain quality.
• Contribute to Scale’s shared design system.
• Ground decisions in user needs and business impact.
• Shape interaction patterns for AI and human-in-the-loop systems.
