Qualifications

8+ years in analytics or related fields translating data into product/business decisions.
3+ years leading analytics programs or teams with measurable outcomes.
Hands-on SQL and data analysis; validate queries and evaluate data quality.
Executive communication and influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

Define measurement strategy linking adoption, engagement, retention, and business outcomes.
Lead AI-assisted analytics and executive dashboards with reliable refreshes and narratives.
Evaluate launches using instrumentation and experimentation to determine impact.
Turn signals into actionable insights, prioritizing journey improvements with stakeholders.
Shape roadmap and investment with evidence-based prioritization and business cases.
