You will connect product behavior, employee experience, and business outcomes to explain where value is created and where to improve.

This is a strategic, AI-first leadership role overseeing a team of analysts, shaping roadmap and investments, and delivering decision-ready narratives for executive forums.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in analytics or product analytics with data-driven decision impact.
• 3+ years leading analytics programs or teams and coaching analysts.
• Hands-on SQL and data quality validation within AI contexts.
• Experience shaping KPI frameworks and business-case recommendations.
• Executive communication to influence cross-functional decisions.
• Judgment with AI-assisted work and human verification practices.

Responsibilities

• Own measurement strategy linking adoption, engagement, retention, and business outcomes.
• Lead AI-assisted analysis and automated executive dashboards with reliable refreshes.
• Evaluate launches using instrumentation and experimentation to assess impact.
• Turn signals into insights by integrating feedback, surveys, and behavior data.
• Shape roadmap and investment priorities with evidence and market research.
• Own executive performance story with concise, trusted narratives.
• Build and lead analytics staff, setting priorities and capacity planning.
• Automate workflows with reusable AI prompts and agents with governed outputs.
