Job summary

Fractal is seeking a Product Analytics & Insights Leader to own analytics strategy for an enterprise AI platform focused on employee experience. You will connect product behavior, employee experience, and business outcomes to explain value and guide leadership decisions.

Location: Minneapolis, MN preferred; relocation support available. You will lead a team, shape the roadmap, and deliver AI-enabled analytics and executive dashboards that inform investment and prioritization.

Qualifications

8+ years in analytics, product analytics, business analysis, consulting, or research with translating findings into decisions.
3+ years leading analytics programs or teams, setting priorities and coaching analysts.
Hands-on SQL and data analysis to validate queries and assess AI-generated analysis.
Experience shaping KPI frameworks and developing evidence-based prioritization.

Responsibilities

Define the measurement strategy with success metrics, baselines, and cadences tied to product objectives.
Lead AI-assisted analysis and automated executive dashboards with reliable refreshes.
Evaluate launches using instrumentation and experiments to assess impact and action.
Integrate employee feedback and experience metrics to inform journey improvements.
Translate evidence into roadmap recommendations and investment trade-offs.
Produce concise executive narratives and visuals to explain impact and drivers.
Build and mentor analytics staff and plan capacity to stay strategic.
Automate manual analytics through AI workflows with traceable outputs.
