Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities. You will analyze purchasing data, manage POs, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain master data to enable timely decisions and accurate reporting.

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, you will leverage AI-enabled insights and digital tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and fan experience across our global Fanatics Commerce operations in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end procurement and purchasing analytics.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers on purchase order acknowledgments, status, and schedules.
• Prepare timely analyses and escalate shortages or supplier issues.
• Maintain purchase orders and procurement reports.
• Support cost and PPV analysis and supplier performance.
• Apply AI and digital tools to improve efficiency.
