Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Procurement Manager who will lead end-to-end procurement operations, drive sourcing strategies, and manage supplier relationships across categories. You will collaborate with Operations, Planning, Finance, and Sales to ensure production continuity and cost optimization.

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will build a high-performing team, develop KPI dashboards, and advance data-driven procurement practices using ERP/MRP systems and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Strategic Sourcing.
• 3+ years of leadership or team management experience.
• Strong ERP/MRP systems knowledge and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement operations and sourcing strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance across categories.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Planning, Finance, Sales to support continuity and cost reduction.
• Monitor budgets, implement cost-saving initiatives, and drive process improvements.
