Job summary

OnePay is seeking a Procurement & Sourcing Manager to negotiate with vendors and own the commercial outcome on technology spend, including cloud, AI/LLM, data, security, and SaaS vendors. This role is a catalyst for OnePay’s rapid growth and mission to help people save and grow their money.

In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders in a highly cross-functional role, and drive to execute key new vendor and renewal engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategic sourcing or direct vendor negotiation experience in a high-growth tech or fintech company.
• Self-starter who drives initiatives end-to-end with minimal instruction.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally with senior management to meet partner requirements.
• Proven negotiation skills on six- and seven-figure software, SaaS, or cloud agreements.
• Understanding of MSAs, order forms, DPAs, SOWs, and licensing models; ability to markup with Legal.
• Hands-on AI fluency; comfortable using AI tools for pricing, benchmarking and negotiations.
• Drive, initiative, and execution mindset; builder and executor.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations end to end on new vendors and renewals, from benchmarking to final terms.
• Structure deals beyond price with renewal uplifts, usage, true-ups, ramps and termination rights.
• Run competitive sourcing and build the business case for vendor selection.
• Develop AI-assisted sourcing workflows for rapid, data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and InfoSec to evaluate vendors.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors on contractual matters and escalations.
• Ensure timely review and approval of procurement requests with C-suite alignment.
