AI & Automation Manager (m/f/d) in the Corporate General Procurement function, based in Croatia or Lithuania.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of AI & digital transformation strategy.
• Implement and operationalize AI solutions.
• Drive process reengineering and pilot emerging technologies in collaboration with the digital team.
• Identify and suggest AI and automation cases with business value.
• Define requirements and coordinate development with IT and external partners.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, compliant and integrated into the digital landscape.
• Monitor performance and value creation of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with the Change manager and AI academy to build internal AI knowledge and best practices.
