Job summary

EY is seeking a Digital and AI Procurement Senior Manager / Solution Architect to lead S2P technology solutions on ZIP and GEP platforms. You will align procurement strategy with IT architecture and drive end-to-end programs from pursuit through deployment and value realization.

You will manage multi-region implementations, develop teams, and work with executives across procurement and IT to deliver measurable business outcomes while guiding governance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of S2P processes, data, integrations and architecture.
• Experience with ZIP and/or GEP platform capabilities and AI-enabled functionality.
• At least 2-3 full implementation cycles in a senior lead or architect role on ZIP/GEP programs.
• Experience delivering global procurement transformations across regions and systems.
• Experience leading sales pursuits including strategy, estimates and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to communicate with Procurement and IT stakeholders up to C-suite.
• Demonstrated people leadership and accountability for delivery and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuits, own solution architecture and direct delivery of AI-enabled procurement programs.
• Translate client priorities into transformation vision, architecture and roadmaps.
• Serve as lead Solution Architect for ZIP and/or GEP transformations across S2P lifecycle.
• Oversee current-state to future-state design across intake, onboarding, sourcing, contracting and analytics.
• Define solution blueprint including data migration, reporting, controls and release strategy.
• Evaluate AI capabilities to improve user experience, decision-making and controls.
• Facilitate architecture governance and manage trade-offs to avoid unnecessary customization.
• Lead mobilization, design, build, testing, deployment and value realization with governance.
• Maintain accountability for scope, quality, client experience and commercial performance.
• Coach and develop managers, architects and specialists; contribute to sales and growth.
