Job summary

EY seeks a Digital and AI Procurement Senior Manager / Solution Architect to lead S2P technology implementations on ZIP/GEP platforms. You will align procurement strategy with IT architecture, manage global programs, and drive value realization across regions by shaping architecture and delivery roadmaps.

You will lead complex AI-enabled procurement programs, partner with executive stakeholders, and coach teams while delivering measurable business outcomes and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes, operating models, data, integrations, controls and architecture.
• Deep knowledge of ZIP and/or GEP, including platform capabilities and AI-enabled functionality.
• At least 2-3 full implementation cycles in a senior program lead or solution architect role on ZIP/GEP.
• Experience leading global procurement transformations across regions and enterprise systems.
• Experience leading sales pursuits: strategies, estimates, roadmaps and workshops.
• Experience communicating with Procurement and IT stakeholders from process owners to C-suite sponsors.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching, and accountability for delivery and sales goals.
• Ability to work in person at an EY office and/or client location up to 50% of the time.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead opportunity qualification, discovery, strategy, estimation and proposals for complex digital procurement programs.
• Translate priorities into a transformation vision, target architecture, value case and roadmaps.
• Lead as Solution Architect for ZIP and/or GEP transformations across the S2P lifecycle.
• Oversee intake, onboarding, sourcing, contracting, risk, payments and analytics discussions.
• Define solution blueprint: data migration, reporting, security and release strategy.
• Evaluate AI capabilities to improve user experience, decisions and controls.
• Facilitate architecture governance and manage trade-offs.
• Lead mobilization, design, build, testing, deployment, adoption and value realization.
• Maintain accountability for scope, quality, and commercial performance across regions.
• Develop talent and contribute to sales, revenue and account growth.
