Job summary

EY is seeking a Digital and AI Procurement Senior Manager / Solution Architect to lead Source-to-Pay technology solutions with ZIP and GEP. You will align procurement strategy with enterprise architecture,-drive AI-enabled capabilities, and manage global programs from pursuit through value realization.

Role requires in-person EY office work up to 50% of the time, with a focus on delivering architecture governance, scope control and modernization across regions.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and technology architecture.
• Experience leading complex procurement transformations across global programs.
• Ability to communicate with Procurement and IT executives (C-suite sponsors).
• Proven people leadership with delivery accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuits, own solution architecture and direct delivery of AI-enabled procurement programs.
• Translate client priorities into transformation vision, target architecture, value case, roadmap and delivery model.
• Serve as lead Solution Architect for ZIP and/or GEP transformations across the S2P lifecycle.
• Define the solution blueprint, including configuration, integrations, data migration, reporting and release strategy.
• Lead programs through mobilization, design, build, testing, deployment and value realization.
• Maintain accountability for scope, quality, client experience and commercial performance.
• Develop talent, coach teams and contribute to sales and account growth.
