Job summary

EY is seeking a Digital and AI Procurement Senior Manager / Solution Architect to lead Source-to-Pay technology solutions on platforms like ZIP and GEP. You will bridge procurement strategy with IT, shape transformations, and drive value realization across global programs.

As a senior leader, you will guide architecture decisions, manage complex programs, and develop teams while aligning with business outcomes and risk management.

Qualifications

• 2-3 full implementation cycles in a senior program lead or solution architect role on ZIP/GEP programs
• Experience architecting and delivering complex global procurement transformations across regions and enterprise systems
• Experience leading sales pursuits: strategy, estimates, roadmaps, and client workshops
• Experience communicating with Procurement and IT stakeholders, from process owners to C-suite sponsors
• Ability to work in person at EY office and/or client location up to 50% of the time
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now and in the future

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuits, own solution architecture, and direct delivery of AI-enabled procurement programs
• Translate client priorities into transformation vision, target architecture, and roadmap
• Serve as lead Architect for ZIP and/or GEP transformations across S2P lifecycle
• Lead current- and future-state design across intake, sourcing, contracts, and analytics
• Define the solution blueprint including data migration, security, and release strategy
• Evaluate AI capabilities to improve user experience, decision-making, and controls
• Facilitate architecture governance and manage trade-offs
• Lead mobilization, design, build, testing, deployment, and value realization
• Maintain accountability for scope, quality, and commercial performance across regions
• Coach and develop teams and contribute to sales, pipeline, and account growth
