Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Consultant to help clients improve core enterprise processes using process mining, analytics, and intelligent automation. The role focuses on practical transformation, quantifying value, and building roadmaps often with GenAI as an accelerant, not a gimmick.

You will document workflows, support discovery initiatives, build KPI dashboards, and help shape automation backlogs tied to business value.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in process improvement, BPM, automation, or business analysis.
• Familiarity with Celonis, UiPath, SAP Signavio (or similar).
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data.

Responsibilities

• Document workflows and identify improvement and automation opportunities.
• Support process mining and process discovery initiatives (data prep, analysis, insights).
• Build performance reporting (KPIs, dashboards, trend analysis) to quantify impact.
• Support automation backlogs and transformation roadmaps tied to business value.
• Support workshops and synthesis into clear recommendations.
