Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior leader to drive process excellence and AI-enabled transformations for clients across industries. You will set standards, coach senior specialists, and coordinate with technology and delivery partners to ensure seamless integration of process design and AI tools.

You will guide client workshops, govern engagement methodologies, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment with travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
Minimum 2 years of deep industry expertise in at least one domain and applying it to transformation methodology design.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing and developing team members.
Minimum 1 year of building, evaluating, and scaling AI-enabled solutions into client work.

Responsibilities

Define process redesign standards and govern their application across engagements.
Determine client facilitation approach and approval governance.
Define benchmarking and transformation roadmap methodology.
Apply domain playbook methodology consistently across engagements.
Manage client stakeholder facilitation and day-to-day relationships.
Approve final process designs before client delivery.
Develop direct reports and coach on process redesign and leadership presentation.
Coordinate with technology and delivery partners to align design and platform work.
Embed AX Design in domain methodology for AI agent experiences guidance.
