Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
• Minimum 1 year of delivering project work in a consulting environment or domain experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for assigned industry or function.
• Design future-state process specifications for AI integration and workforce adoption.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital solutions across operations.
• Build analytical frameworks using AI-assisted visualization and analysis tools.
• Conduct benchmarking with AI-accelerated tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI tools.
• Review and improve reinvention designs with domain knowledge.
• Contribute to the reference library and continuous learning.
• Apply AX Design principles to AI integration designs and handoffs.
