Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a skilled professional to drive AI-enabled reinvention through analytics, process design, and AI integration. You will deliver trend analyses and future-state specifications, shaping how AI supports business processes across industries.

You will lead benchmarking efforts, develop change-impact assessments, and apply AX Design principles to define AI agent behavior and human handoffs in redesigned workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools (e.g. Platform Native AI capabilities).
• Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years if no degree).

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for your assigned industry or function.
• Design future-state process specifications for AI integration points and operating models.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions.
• Build analytical frameworks and data-driven assessments using AI tools.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses with AI-accelerated tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis tools.
• Apply industry knowledge to review reinvention designs and playbooks.
• Contribute to reference library and ongoing domain learning.
• Define AI agent behaviors and handoffs per AX Design principles.
