Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned consultant for Reinvention Services to help clients transform by integrating AI into process design and delivery. The role focuses on defining future-state processes, AI integration points, and workforce adoption strategies across industries.

You will apply AX Design principles to specify how AI agents should operate within redesigned processes, and you will work across operations to deliver data-driven, scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in process excellence, redesign, or management consulting.
• 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools.
• 1 year integrating AI and automating business process design.
• Experience delivering project work in consulting or in-domain experience in at least one sector.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce trend and forces assessments for assigned industry or function.
• Design future-state process specifications covering AI integration points and operating model changes.
• Conduct process analysis and support delivery of digital and platform solutions.
• Build analytical frameworks using AI-assisted visualization and analysis tools.
• Conduct benchmarking analyses with AI-accelerated tools.
• Develop change-impact assessments using AI-assisted organizational analysis.
