Job summary

ScentAir Technologies LLC seeks an AI Business Process Analyst to improve, optimize, and automate work across the company, spanning finance, customer service, order management, supply chain, sales, marketing, HR, and IT.

You will study processes, measure costs, and fix them with lean, system changes, automation, or AI. You’ll build simple solutions, collaborate with IT, and help employees adopt new ways of working.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in business process analysis, operations improvement, or business systems analysis.
• Proven ability to lead process improvements, map processes, and build ROI cases accepted by leaders and Finance.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI or SQL experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills with credibility across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Observe how work gets done across functions to identify waste and single points of failure.
• Document processes and measure cost, time per task, errors, and involved systems.
• Create business cases with savings, costs, and success metrics for leadership.
• Define requirements for larger solutions and collaborate with IT and partners.
• Drive adoption with AI tools training and AI champion networks.
• Maintain a dashboard of the opportunity pipeline and tracked savings.
