Job summary

Airshare, a Kansas-based company, is hiring a Business Systems Analyst specialized in AI automation to partner with departments on process improvements using technology and AI tools. You will gather requirements, document workflows, and support adoption of Microsoft Copilot and related technologies in a non-remote office in Overland Park.

Responsibilities include building AI-enabled solutions, creating dashboards, and assisting with project delivery and IT support during peak periods.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2-5 years of experience in business analysis, IT support, process improvement, reporting, or related roles.
Experience working directly with business users.
Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Ability to document processes clearly and manage multiple priorities.
Basic understanding of AI and automation concepts.

Responsibilities

Meet with business users to understand workflows and challenges.
Document processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Gather and document business requirements.
Assist in evaluating and implementing technology solutions.
Create process documentation and user guides.
Identify and prioritize AI and automation use cases across departments.
Design, build, test, and maintain AI agents and Copilot solutions.
Develop solutions using Copilot, Power Automate, Power Platform, and related technologies.
Assist with responsible adoption of AI technologies and monitor effectiveness.
Create basic dashboards and reports; support data analysis and decision-making.
Assist with planning and tracking small technology, automation, and process improvement projects.
Support testing, user reviews, and rollout documentation; assist with communications and training.
