Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 1–3 years in business process improvement, digital transformation, automation, or related area.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for digital transformation.
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions and dashboards.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state workflows.
• Create KPIs, scorecards, and reporting tools to monitor performance.
• Support change management and stakeholder engagement during implementations.
