Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s OR 3+ years with a Master’s in Project Management, Change Management, Operations or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of tangible performance and end-to-end process improvement projects.
• Facilitate workshops and monthly performance reviews for functional alignment.
• Deploy improvement tools and methodologies (Continuous Improvement, Agile, Process Management, Project Management, Change Management and Performance Management).
• Leverage AI to scale these methodologies.
• Standardize and simplify business processes using analysis and optimization techniques.
