Job summary

Philips in Plymouth is seeking a Business Excellence Specialist to apply advanced knowledge to drive end-to-end process improvements and performance projects across functions.

You will facilitate workshops and monthly performance reviews to ensure alignment with our business strategy and support a culture of Execution Excellence with tools across Continuous Improvement, Agile, Process, Project and Change Management, and AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 3+ years with Master's in Project Management, Change Management, Operations or equivalent.
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drives execution of tangible performance and end-to-end process improvement projects using excellence tools and methodologies.

Your role: Applies advanced and wide-ranging knowledge to drive execution of tangible performance and E2E process improvement projects involving complex requests, using excellence tools and methodologies. Drives execution of our business strategy by facilitating workshops and monthly performance reviews to ensure functional alignment. Supports culture of Execution Excellence and deployment of Excellence practice tools & methodologies (Continuous Improvement, Agile, Process Management, Project Management, Change management and Performance Management). Leverages AI to scale these methodologies. Leverages advanced knowledge in business excellence and stakeholder management to diagnose and resolve complex issues across or within business units, regions, or functions, delivering strategic solutions and technical guidance. Drives businesses process standardization and simplification initiatives, using process analysis and optimization (including AI and automation) techniques to enhance overall efficiency and performance.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 3+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Project Management, Change Management, Operations or equivalent.
• You have a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Engineering or equivalent.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in MN $128,000 to $204,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.

Additional Information

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Plymouth.
