Job summary

Winthrop Crossing is seeking a process excellence analyst intern to support data analysis, market research, and data analytics. You’ll work on strategic development, process improvements, and organizational change initiatives while gaining hands-on experience with AI, cloud platforms, and advanced analytics.

You will collaborate with teams and clients to uncover insights, develop recommendations, and help define roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Prior internship or work experience.
• Proficiency with data visualization and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Data-driven decision maker with a strategic mindset and strong business fundamentals.
• Curious and innovative—familiar with emerging technologies, including Gen AI.
• Able to work in ambiguity and drive forward with confidence.
• Collaborative, with ability to elevate teammates and respect diverse perspectives.
• Demonstrates initiative, resilience, and accountability.
• Committed to continuous learning and development beyond classroom settings.
