Cognitioworld is seeking a motivated intern to assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance business processes within our Enterprise Excellence efforts. You will analyze data, participate in process mapping, and support cross-functional teams.

This internship offers hands-on experience, morning shift, and opportunities to present findings to leadership. A candidate pursuing a Bachelor's degree in related fields will gain practical skills in analytics,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Motivational fit with job activities, organizational values, and mode of operation.
• Ability to execute action plans aligned with strategic objectives efficiently and on time.

Responsabilités

• Identify and analyze opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support Enterprise Excellence team in planning, execution, and sustainment of improvement initiatives.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with associates and leaders across multiple business functions to support project objectives.
• Develop recommendations and presentations to communicate findings and project outcomes.
• Support change management and implementation activities to ensure successful adoption of improvements.
• Participate in team meetings, workshops, and improvement events.
• Present project results and key learnings to leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
