Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes across functions.
• Support identification, research, and evaluation of AI use cases; assist pilots and adoption.
• Gather and analyze data to measure productivity, AI adoption, and business value.
• Support planning and execution of Operational Excellence and AI initiatives, including training materials and change management.
• Help develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and templates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to support workstream execution.
