Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools (e.g. Platform Native AI capabilities).
• Minimum 1 year of integrating AI and automating business process design.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce trend analyses and benchmarking to identify reinvention opportunities.
• Design future-state processes with AI integration points and operating model changes.
• Support delivery of digital and platform solutions across operations.
• Develop data-driven assessments using AI visualization tools.
• Apply AX Design principles to define agent behaviors and handoffs.
