Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Program Manager, AI & Business Process to partner with leadership to boost financial visibility, optimize margins, and drive inventory efficiency. You will lead dashboard development, reports, and AI-enabled workflows to turn data into actionable insights for executives and operations teams.

The role requires strong financial analysis, advanced Excel, and experience building BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in program management, business analysis, finance, operations, or related fields.
• Strong financial analysis skills including margin, cost, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Advanced Excel skills for modeling, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, or BI tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and business cases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to improve performance, visibility, and inventory optimization.
• Define and enhance dashboards, recurring reports, and ad hoc analyses for leadership and operations.
• Utilize Excel, Tableau, Power BI to analyze, visualize trends, and report insights.
• Develop agentic AI-enabled tools to automate reporting and speed analysis.
• Lead inventory reporting including accuracy, aging, replenishment, and capacity.
• Translate insights into business cases and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across finance, operations, sales, customers, and leadership to drive optimization.
• Prototype tools and scale complex solutions with technical teams.
• Track ROI, cost savings, productivity gains, and reporting efficiency.
