Job summary

SaxeCap is hiring an Investor, Private Equity to scale its investment arm, focusing on leveraged buyout co‑investments across healthcare services, financial services, and business services. You will underwrite, structure terms, and manage capital with senior leadership, including LP engagement.

You will lead a disciplined investment program that leverages AI to sharpen the value creation plan, with ownership over deals and relationships from sourcing through exit.

Qualifications

• 8 to 15 years of private equity experience, with substantial time in leveraged buyout investing.
• Experience underwriting, diligence, and investment committee memos on closed transactions.
• Proven ability to raise capital from LPs (family offices, institutions, sovereigns).
• Portfolio management experience after close: board/observer roles, value creation, reporting to investors.
• Strong fluency with deal structuring, capital markets, and fund mechanics (SPVs, carried interest, waterfalls).
• Comfort with AI-driven value creation and evaluating AI-based investment theses.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite end‑to‑end LBO co‑investments and PE opportunities with rigorous modeling.
• Structure and negotiate co‑investment terms; manage legal, tax, and financing workstreams.
• Raise capital and manage LP relationships; prepare memos and market materials.
