Career Group Search is seeking an Investment Operations Associate in New York, onsite. You will support the private credit trade lifecycle, coordinate settlements, reconciliations, and reporting across diverse asset classes.

You will collaborate with broker-dealers, custodians, and internal teams to streamline processes, enhance controls, and drive scalable operations while focusing on governance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Trade Management, Investment Operations, or Finance.
• Strong understanding of bank loans and the trade lifecycle under LSTA/LMA terms.
• Familiarity with credit agreements and day-to-day operational processes.

Responsabilités

• Support full lifecycle of private credit investments, including trade support, event processing, cash and position reconciliations, deal closings and funding coordination.
• Liaise with agents, servicers, custodians and counterparties to monitor settlement breaks and resolve exceptions.
• Collaborate with research, portfolio management, fund accounting, and technology to identify process improvements and automate workflows.
• Work with internal and external parties to address operational needs and drive them to resolution.
• Enhance operational infrastructure to drive scalability with governance and controls.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making and output.
