Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in Investment Operations, Fund Accounting, or related financial services.
• Knowledge of private/public bank debt is a plus.
• Experience with Excel including VBA/macros.
• Experience building agents and processes and AI tools.
• Data literacy and ability to work with large datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with P&L concepts.
• Ability to own and drive process improvements end-to-end.

Aufgaben

• Asset Servicing: Middle Office point of contact for Front Office and borrowers for private credit facilities.
• Liquidity Oversight: Coordinate with Treasury to meet liquidity needs and manage financing facilities.
• Reconciliations: Daily reconciliation of cash, position, and accruals.
• Process Ownership and Improvement: Own assigned processes and pursue automation and outsourcing where appropriate.
• PNL-Management: Validate, book and explain P&L entries for structured products and credit facilities.
