Confidential Company in New York, NY is seeking an Associate, Investment Operations to support private credit platform activities. This hands-on role works closely with a senior credit operations leader and the investment team across trade processing, data aggregation, portfolio compliance, and loan agency activity.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in investment operations or related areas, strong AI experience, data fluency, and some coding ability (Python or SQL).

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in investment operations, credit, or trading support.
• Proven AI usage with real work examples.
• Excellent data skills and quick learner with new systems.
• Some coding or scripting ability (Python or SQL).
• Strong attention to detail and time-sensitive work management.

Responsibilities

• Process trades and help coordinate closing, funding, and settlement activity
• Aggregate and validate investment and portfolio data across systems
• Support portfolio compliance monitoring and resolve data or trade breaks
• Assist with loan agency activity, including notices, cash flows, and ongoing loan events
• Work with investment, operations, compliance, and technology teams to improve daily workflows
• Use AI, automation, and light coding skills to make processes more accurate and efficient
