Lendable in the United States is seeking an analytical, commercially-minded Associate Director to own our prime lending strategy and help scale it quickly. You’ll lead pricing, market strategy and the analytics team, shaping decisions with data.

This role blends hands-on modelling with cross-functional leadership, working with Data Science, Growth, and Product to drive growth while maintaining prudent risk. Flexible hybrid work and strong compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pricing, strategy, analytics or commercial roles within unsecured lending.
• 5+ years leading analytical teams, ideally including managers.
• Strong analytical skills; SQL and Python.
• AI-first mindset with ability to size, test and implement ideas.

Responsibilities

• Own prime strategy and pricing; set vision, KPIs and growth targets.
• Lead analytics team and partner with Data Science for pricing decisions.
• Model-driven pricing and acquisition; drive measurable results.
• Collaborate with Growth and Product to improve campaigns and costs.
